As a student, you can confidentially approach a student counsellor with any matters related to your studies, study path, personal questions and problems.
Many things will change when you become a student: you may live in lodgings, you will make new friends, you will have to study independently; in short, you will have to personally arrange your life to an ever greater extent. This will generally work out fine, but sometimes you could use a little help.
A student counsellor provides information, advice, and guidance. This is done in a one-on-one conversation. As a confidential advisor, the student counsellor has a duty of confidentiality.
The student counsellors in Leeuwarden are Tjitske Keidel, Tine de Jong und Patrick Vandermeiren (see contact details).
Students preferably make an appointment via the service point. Students can also contact one of the student counsellors directly.
You can find us in F1.13, and on Mondays, you can drop by without an appointment between 12:00-13:00.
