International Recruitment Officer
"I’m proud to represent the most sustainable University of Applied Sciences in The Netherlands and inform you about the exciting opportunities we can offer you"
Welcome! My name is Linda Rentier and I am the International Recruitment Officer for VHL University of Applied Sciences (VHL). I look forward to talking to you on Skype to inform you about studying at our university or meeting you in person in your country. I visit education fairs across the globe to answer all your questions.
Deciding to study abroad is one of the most valuable investments you can make in yourself. It provides you with a new perspective, invaluable personal and professional connections and experiences that you can carry with you for your whole career and life. It means immersing yourself in a new culture, a new way of thinking and gaining life shaping experiences. Today’s globalised world is increasingly seeking people with these skills, internationally minded professionals who are able to communicate effectively with people from various cultures and backgrounds.
Having studied and worked abroad myself, I understand it can be a daunting decision and one you want to make with all the facts at hand. It’s natural that you have questions or doubts. That’s where I come in. I’m here to help you gain a greater understanding of the opportunities at our university, from more detailed explanations of our programmes through to practical matters such as housing arrangements or what it’s like to live and study in Holland.
I’m proud to represent the most sustainable University of Applied Sciences in The Netherlands and inform you about the exciting opportunities we can offer you to become an international professional, arming you with the tools to make a social, sustainable and valuable contribution to the world. If you would like to know more about the upcoming events in countries where I will represent VHL or want to ask me questions via email or Skype, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I look forward to meeting you and taking the first step with you!
