The Netherlands Alumni Association of Uganda (NAAU) organised on 28th of November the 1st annual Uganda-Netherlands Education Fair with the theme: Connect, Collaborate, Grow: Enhancing Knowledge and Skills through International Education. Several VHL University of Applied Sciences (VHL) alumni (in photos) from the master programmes APCM and MOD took the opportunity to share their experiences at VHL.
The NAAU was recently established to support Ugandans who want to study abroad, and to provide alumni of Dutch institutions a platform for the exchange of expertise and networking opportunities.
"The ambassador is taking keen interest in VHL courses, because they align well with the Dutch embassy focus for Uganda, which is Food and nutritional Security with special attention on Climate-Smart Agriculture, Agricultural Value Chains, regulatory systems, capacity and organizational development among others”, said APCM graduate Allen Kiiza, one of the organisers.
